Develop a Customized Plan
This plan will outline the specific steps and timeline for the bankruptcy process. Depending on the bankruptcy chapter chosen, I’ll help you create a repayment plan (Chapter 13) or liquidation plan (Chapter 7).

I am originally from Ontario, Canada . I attended the University of Central Florida graduating with my bachelors in biology. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University, obtaining my Law degree in 1999. I have always been passionate about helping people and have made this a goal throughout my practice. For more than ten years my practice has included consumer bankruptcy. In Naples, consumer bankruptcy cases are filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida Fort Myers Division. I have had the great honor of practicing before Judge Alexander Paskay for nearly ten years – currently, the presiding Bankruptcy Judge in the Middle District of Florida – Fort Myers Division is Caryl Delano.
